As a general policy, no personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, or e-mail address, is automatically collected from your visit to the Site. However, certain non-personal information is recorded by the standard operation of The Part 66 Consultant’s internet servers. The Site’s various mailing lists, downloads, special offers, contests, registration forms, and surveys may request that you give us contact information such as your name, mailing and/or e-mail address, demographic information such as your age and gender, and personal preference information such as your preferred software and interests. This privacy policy only concerns the processing for which the Company is data controller. Malware/Spyware/Viruses

Neither The Part 66 Consultant nor the Site knowingly permit the use of malware, spyware, viruses, and/or other similar types of software.

The Company is also not responsible for any information that you might share with such linked websites. Guests of the site are solely responsible for the content of messages they post on The Part 66 Consultant’s forums, such as chat rooms and bulletin boards. Cancellation Policy

The quickest way to cancel your membership is through your Part 66 Consultant library.  You can log into the library portal and complete your cancellation in your profile settings.  Once you cancel, your access to our private Facebook community and the Online Training Library will expire at the end of your payment period.  Please note, if you want your cancellation to be effective for the current month, you must cancel at least one day before your payment draft date.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital products, we do not offer refunds for digital purchases or training memberships.
